# Pre-War Crates & Booster Packs

These PRE-WAR CRATES later open during the CRATE OPENING EVENT to unlock unique and rare cards that can be used later in the game.

Crates are released in Tiers. During each, the price of the Pre-War Crates increases, which raises the interest of early buyers who may want to resell their crates at a premium or stockpile valuable in-game assets over time.

The contents of Pre-War Crates are decided by a special formula when the crate is opened. The formulas will be publicly viewable on the blockchain allowing for full transparency and guarantee of scarcity.

Until each crate is opened the crates are all the same. They are fungible tokens (FTs) meaning they are identical and interchangeable. Common cards are not limited to a pre-defined count, this means that every crate, from the first to the last, has an equal chance of drawing every card.
