The Cards
Champions and Blessings
Champions are the second NFTs in the game, and are the main focus of the card game. Champions are procedurally generated NFT cards that serve as the player’s retinue in war. Champions have Legends, which are the “genes” of the NFT that determine the Champion’s statistics and Blessings. They also have statistics like Health, Damage, Speed, and Armor. Blessings are in-game single-use abilities unique to Champions that they use to turn the tides of war. Each Champion has a set of Blessings determined by their Legends. When a Champion is played, their Blessings appear in the screen UI as activatable abilities. Once a Blessing is used, or the Champion is eliminated, their respective Blessings disappear.
Common Cards
Common Cards are non-NFT cards that represent the Infantry, Gear and Tactics employed by the player. These are cards that can be acquired via booster packs or buying them at the Marketplace.
Infantry
Infantry represents the weaker but nonetheless useful presence of troops, monsters, and other units in the battlefield. Depending on their overall stats and abilities, players can use Infantry to supplement and support their Champions. Like Champion cards, Infantry also has similar stats like Health, Damage, Speed, and Armor.
Gear
Gear are useful items and equipment which can help turn the tide of a battle. Gear can provide stat bonuses, special abilities or even provide or change the element of the unit it is attached to. Gear can be attached on a Champion or Infantry card and remains attached throughout the game. When a Champion or Infantry card is eliminated, any Gear attached to that card is discarded as well.
Tactics
Tactics represent the different stratagems, spells, and manoeuvres that are utilized during the battle to try to gain an edge on the battlefield. Tactics can target units like Champions or Infantry or can affect the battlefield as a whole. Once the effect of a Tactics card is resolved, that card is discarded.
