# ONE Shogun NFTs

Shoguns are the first NFTs available in the game. There are only 10,000 Shoguns available, with the first successful launch of 3,500 Shogun NFTs already in the OpenSea market.

Shoguns provide experience points (EXP) on the Province (Land) assigned to them, which would improve that Province’s rate of production of in-game currency.

Shoguns also increase the Currency Exchange Cap, the amount of in-game currency players can trade at a time into real-world digital tokens ($Shoguns).

**ONE Shogun NFTs Public Launch (Phase 1)**

3,500 Shoguns were minted as part of Phase 1 on 28th September 2021. Each Shogun was minted for 0.1 ETH. The funds were used for marketing, salaries, website revamp, and game development.

**ONE Shogun NFTs Staking**

The community and owners of ONE Shogun are able to stake their Shoguns for 7 days, earning themselves a Rewards Battle Chest. These Reward Battle Chests are a mystery and the contents will be revealed upon the launch of the ONE Shogun game. Having the users logging in to claim the rewards increases the stickiness of the game.

**ONE Shogun NFT to start playing for benefits**

All you need is a single ONE Shogun NFT to unlock a game, gain access and start the game. There is also a Free-to-Play version using a normal Shogun that is not an NFT. However, the non-NFT Shogun will not be able to gain experience levels and add multipliers to the rate of earnings.
